This view lists automation task items. The view is visible to all administrators and also to the editors who belong to Report builders user group.
The automation task items can be used to schedule:
the automatic sending of report builder reports by email to recipients
the automatic package deployment to the assets listed in a report builder report
setting/updating/resetting the timestamp value of custom attributes for assets that are listed in a report builder report
status change for the group of assets which is defined in a report builder report
The automation task "Miradore built-in history data collector" collects and stores historical data about the managed environment to be used in dashboard widgets for reporting purposes.

Default filters |
This view has one default filter, which filters by type what items are shown in the view. Basically, it hides all automation tasks that are related to history data collection or custom quality index indicators. |

This task creates a new automation task item. |
Change status > Activate |
This task activates the selected Automation task item(s). Only active Automation task items deploy packages and send scheduled reports by email. |
Change status > Deactivate |
This task disables the selected Automation task item(s). Notice that History data collector or Custom Quality Index indicator items cannot be deactivated using this task. |
Change status > Remove |
This task removes the selected Automation task item(s) permanently from Miradore Management Suite. Notice that History data collector or Custom Quality Index indicator items cannot be removed using this task. |
Export |
By default, this task exports all the view contents in the selected file format. However, you can use the check boxes in the view to export selected rows only. You can select rows for the export from one page of the view at a time. The supported file formats for the data export are CSV, Excel, and PDF. In some views, configuration items can be also exported to a group distribution. |
