Start time |
Enter the start date and time of the distribution. Package will be available for listed targets between start time and end time (see group distribution lifetime) This field is mandatory. |
End time |
Enter the end date and time of distribution. Package will be available for listed targets between start time and end time (see group distribution lifetime). This field is mandatory. |
Distribution lifetime |
Computed field. Displays the length of distribution range in days, hours and minutes. |
Define allowed time |
Enter the start and end time for allowed time frame. Select whether these times will be calculated using client’s or server’s timezone. Package will be available for listed targets between distribution start and end time but only on allowed hours defined on this attribute. Use of allowed time frame is disabled if start time is 00:00 and end time is 23:59 (disabled by default). |

Enable retries |
Determines whether the package installation is retried or not. (Yes/No) |
Number of retries |
Choose the number of retries (disabled by default). Value 0 means retry is disabled. If any other value is selected and package installation fails on target, this is the number of times package will be made available for retry. |
Minimum wait time between retries (min) |
Enter the minimum time in minutes to be waited between retries (default value is set in system setting). If retry is enabled and package installation fails on a target, this is the time to be waited before package is available for next retry. Attribute is shown only if retry is enabled. |
Exception return codes |
Enter the exception return code(s) separated by ';'. Ranges can entered using '-' (example 1;2;8-11;33) (not set by default). If package return code on target matches listed values, it will not retry installation even if the retry is enabled. Attribute is shown only if retry is enabled. |

Enable postpone |
This field determines whether the device user is able to postpone the installation of software packages that have been targeted to his device using group distribution.
Notice that administrators can also configure the default language of Miradore client messages, including the postpone dialog, in "Administration > System settings > Main > Client popup window". |
Wait for user input (min) |
This field determines how long the user input is waited for before starting installation of the software package. The installation starts automatically if the specified time runs out and device user does not postpone the installation. Remaining time is displayed to the device user on the popup window. The maximum allowed value for this field is 9999. This field is shown only if Enable postpone = Yes. |
Number of allowed postpone |
This field determines how many times the device user is able to postpone a pending software installation before the installation is forced to start. The maximum amount of allowed postpones is 99. This field is shown only if Enable postpone = Yes. |

Use Wake-on-LAN for offline devices |
Choose Yes/No (default is No). If set as Yes, offline devices in the target list are powered on using Wake-on-LAN. |
Reboot after installation |
Choose Yes/No (default is No). If set as Yes, target devices will be rebooted after the group distribution. Device users cannot defer the reboot. |
Distribution specific package timeout (min) |
Enter the timout in minutes (not set by default). If defined, package deployment will use this value as package installation timeout. It will override the default value set in system settings and possibly set package specific timeout set on installation package item . |
Distribution specific installation point |
Choose installation point (not set by default). If defined, only selected installation point will be used in package deployment in this group distribution. |
Distribute only to known network locations |
Choose Yes/No (default is No). If set as Yes, package will be available only for targets connecting from known network locations (i.e. from subnet which is activated and bind into a location). |
