This view lists all user items created into Miradore. Inventory data is collected and updated by Microsoft Active Directory connector.
In this view you can use "Backup account status", "Backup account sign-in name" and "Backup account last sign-in" columns to examine whether or not a user has an Endpoint backup user account. To manage user's Endpoint backup account, go to User form.
In the connector settings at "Administration > System settings > Connectors > AD connector item page, it is possible to enable/disable the import of user objects from Microsoft Active Directory.

Creates a new User item to Miradore. |
Edit attributes |
This task allows to edit users' Cost center, Type, Location, Organization, or Service contract attribute directly from the view. With the help of this task, it is possible to edit an attribute for multiple user items at once. |
Change status |
Activates or retires the selected user item(s). |
Export |
By default, this task exports all the view contents in the selected file format. However, you can use the check boxes in the view to export selected rows only. You can select rows for the export from one page of the view at a time. The supported file formats for the data export are CSV, Excel, and PDF. In some views, configuration items can be also exported to a group distribution. |

Tools > Assign mailbox policy |
This task can be used to assign an ActiveSync mailbox policy to the selected user(s). Just select the user(s) from the view and select the desired mailbox policy from the popup window that is opened. Then press OK to assign the policy to the user(s). The popup window displays all ActiveSync mailbox policies that Miradore's Exchange ActiveSync connector has read from the Microsoft Exchange server. The inventoried mailbox policies are also listed on the Exchange ActiveSync mailbox policies view which provides links to ActiveSync mailbox policy items which contain more detailed information about the policies. |
