Main: General

Attribute name

Description

Type

Choose the user account type. Available values:

  • Normal

  • Shared account

  • Service account

Status

User item can have following system statuses:

  • New

  • Active

  • Removed

User ID

Enter the user id. Typically Windows user account. This field is optional.

Last name

Enter the person last name. This field is optional.

First name

Enter the person first name. This field is optional.

Middle initial

Enter the person middle initial. This field is optional.

Email address

Enter the person email address. This field is optional.

Phone number

Enter the person's phone number. This field is optional.

Employee ID

Enter the person's employee ID. This field is optional.

Main: Assigned to

Attribute name

Description

Organisation

Choose an organisation for the person. This field is mandatory.

Location

Choose the person location. See also location item. This field is mandatory.

If some location is greyed out in the location selection popup, administrator might have configured the location to be unselectable for users at the location item, which means that you must assign the user to some other location instead.

Supervisor

The name of the user's supervisor. This is read from Active Directory by AD connector if it's enabled from AD connector settings (see connector configuration  from Active Directory connector help). This field is optional.

Cost center

Select the person cost center. See also cost center item.

Main: Backup account

Attribute name

Status

This field shows the status of this user's Endpoint backup account.

Only active accounts can be used to login to Endpoint backup.

Account status can be changed using tasks menu of the User form.

Sign-in name

This field displays this user's sign-in name to the user's Endpoint backup account. This field also specifies where the e-mail notifications will be sent.

Last sign-in

This field shows when the user last signed-in to Endpoint backup with this account.

Created

This field shows when the Endpoint backup account was originally created.

Activated

This field shows when the Endpoint backup account was last activated.
