Connectors

Attribute

Description

About this table

Connectors table lists all connectors which have been connected to Miradore Management Suite server. There is one row per each connector in the table.

How to add/remove connectors

Most integration connectors are added by first running the connector installer, as instructed in the connector-specific documentation. After that, a connector configuration item will appear for the connector in the Connectors tab here in the system settings. Use the connector configuration item to define the connector settings.

Only exception is the connector for Miradore MSP console, which can be added in the edit mode by using the "Add connector configuration..." link which is available under the Connectors table in System settings > Connectors.

To remove connector settings and log history, click Edit and remove button on the rightmost end of the connector row.

Connector name

The first column of the table shows the connector name and provides a link to a connector form where more details can be seen.

Status

This column shows the current status of the connector. The connector status can be changed from the connector form.

Status information is collected from all connectors released with Miradore 2.8.0 or later versions.

Connectors appear automatically to Connectors table in status "Not authorized" after they have been run for the first time after installation. In order to activate the connector, the connector status must be changed to "Active" from the connector form.

Start time

This column displays the starting time of the last run.

End time

This column displays the ending time of the last run.

Result

This column displays the result of the last run (Success/ Failed/ N/A). N/A means that the result could not be determined for some reason.

More information about the result can be seen by clicking on the result.

Log

This column provides a link to a view showing logs of the particular connector.

Function buttons

Trash bin button for removing the connector and related history information.

If Exchange ActiveSync connector is disabled, all related inventory reports and functions are hid from the management console of Miradore.

Run on asset

This field defines the computer which is selected responsible for running Exchange ActiveSync connector.

The device must be a Windows-device that has Miradore client (version 3.1.0 or newer) and PowerShell installed. Moreover, the device must have an asset configuration item in Miradore.

About this table

This table is shown if Exchange ActiveSync connector is enabled. The table contains settings for managing Exchange ActiveSync devices' access to Exchange server.

However, these rules will not apply to such devices which have a device specific access state determined. The device specific access state can be determined using the view tools in Exchange ActiveSync devices view.

If this field is disabled, then Exchange ActiveSync devices right to access Exchange server is determined by the default organisation access level and by the device specific access state settings.
