It is important to follow-up on software installation requests and react to requests that have been running for a long time. To do this, navigate to the installation request view. (Operations > Software management > Installations status > Approval workflow)
At the installation request view you can:
See the status and duration of all installation requests
Open workflow items and escalate requests to other approvers. You can also resend requests to approvers that haven’t reacted to them.
