Quality index indicators

Besides the below listed built-in quality index indicators, Miradore administrators can also create custom indicators that are based on report builder reports. For more information, refer to Creating custom quality index indicators.

Rules that define whether a local administrator account is considered as compliant or non-compliant:

  1. If the local administrator account found from the device is listed in the Allowed local administrators view in Miradore, the local administrator account is allowed (compliant).

  2. If an allowed local administrator account named "Responsible Person" has been added to Allowed local administrators view in Miradore, and the local administrator account found from the device matches with the Windows UID of the device´s assigned responsible person, then the local administrator account is allowed (compliant).

The local administrator account found from the device is non-compliant is it doesn't meet any of these rules.

Device hasn't been rebooted within defined threshold after installing security patches that require a computer restart.

The threshold can be configured at the Quality index indicator settings.

Notice that you can configure a default reboot behaviour for managed devices at "Administration > System settings > Patch management > Default reboot option" in the management console of Miradore Management Suite.

Serial number mismatch

Warning event

An event with severity level "Warning or Critical" was detected from the device.
