About contracts management

Miradore contracts management support the administration and reporting of contracts made between customers and suppliers. Miradore contracts management is fully integrated to all features and components in Miradore and helps you to easily control, monitor and report your IT assets from contracts point of view. With help of Miradore quality index reports you may track and monitor the service level baseline.

Create the contract items and assign configuration items

Steps:

  1. Create a new contract item (Operations > Contracts > Press "Create" button)

  2. Enter all required information to the Contract item page

  1.  Save the contract.

  • Note! you need to activate the contract in order to assign configuration items to it.

Create quality index reports as the service level baseline

A quality index report is a collection of one or more quality indicators. These easily definable and understandable values are used to calculate a quality percentage value (0-100%) that represents the quality of the environment. You may define as many quality index reports in Miradore as needed and define if they are shown in the dashboard by default.

Useful contracts management reports:

  1. Contracts catalog: A summary of all your contracts and their attributes.

  2. Quality index reports: With quality index reports it is easy to find the problem spots of your environment that need more attention and also follow up the progress. Only available for service contracts.

  3. Asset configurations view: Provides summary information of assets with the possibility to filter the assets by one or more contracts and contract attributes.

  4. Contract item page: Here you can analyze the configuration items assigned to this specific contract.
