Task |
Description |
Create new |
Creates a new user account item. This task provides the options to create new user account item and to create a copy of an existing user account item. When creating a copy of an existing user account item, group memberships are copied to the new user account item. Other fields in the new user account item will be left empty. |
Edit attributes > Add to group |
This task can be used to add the selected user account(s) to a group. |
Edit attributes > Must change password |
This task can be used to edit the "User must change password at next logon" attribute of selected user account item(s). |
Edit attributes > Password never expires |
This task can be used to edit the "Password never expires" attribute of selected User account item(s). |
Edit attributes > Remove from group |
This task can be used to remove the selected user account(s) from a group. |
Change status > Enable/Disable |
This task can be used to enable or disable user accounts. |
Export |
By default, this task exports all the view contents in the selected file format. However, you can use the check boxes in the view to export selected rows only. You can select rows for the export from one page of the view at a time. The supported file formats for the data export are CSV, Excel, and PDF. In some views, configuration items can be also exported to a group distribution. |
