Login name |
User account's Miradore login name which is used for authentication. The login name should be a valid e-mail address. This field is mandatory. |
Last name |
Last name of the user. This field is optional. |
First name |
First name of the user. This field is optional. |
Status |
This field displays the status of the user account. User account can have following statuses:

Is locked |
This field shows whether the user account is locked due to too many invalid login attempts. Locked accounts are automatically unlocked after the lockout duration defined in Miradore system settings. In addition to that, administrators can unlock locked accounts using the "Unlock" task in the item's Tasks menu. Administrators can manage Account lockout policy settings on the main tab of Miradore system settings. |
Description |
This field describes the account type and permissions. Built-in account descriptions cannot be edited. |
Password never expires |
This field defines whether the user account's password for Miradore expires or not. If "Password never expires = No", then the user must change the password until it has expired. The maximum age for a password can be configured in system settings. |
User must change password at next logon |
This field defines whether the user is forced to change his/her password for Miradore at next logon. |
Two-factor authentication |
Two-factor authentication is an account-specific security feature which provides protection against unauthorized login attempts by adding a second factor of authentication to the login of Miradore Management Suite. A user can enable/disable two-factor authentication for his/her own account using this setting. For more information and instructions, refer to Two-factor authentication for user accounts. |

Groups |
This field shows the groups to which this user account belongs to. User account may be a member of multiple groups. The built-in -text tells that the user/group is a built-in user/group. User group memberships define what permissions the user has in Miradore Management Suite. For more information, please read User management. If you want to deny the user's access to user information, add the user to the "Deny user listing" user group. The members of the "Deny user listing" group cannot open Users view or User item page. |
