Account lockout policy settings are located in "Administration > System settings > Main" (picture).
With these settings, administrators can limit the number of failed login attempts that are allowed per user on Miradore Management Suite instance before the user account gets locked for a certain time. The settings apply to the Miradore user accounts, but they don't have any effect on Active Directory user accounts or local Windows accounts used to login to the Miradore Management Suite server.

The locked user accounts are unlocked automatically after the lockout duration. In addition to that, administrators can unlock locked accounts using the "Unlock" action which is located in the Tasks menu of User account item.
The settings apply to the Miradore user accounts, but they don't have any effect on users logging in with their Active Directory user accounts or local Windows accounts to the Miradore Management Suite server.
