License transactions and costs
Record of license purchases
Administrators, editors and operators with license administrator user rights can see all recorded license purchases in chronological order through the License transactions by date view. In addition to that, the license purchases can be also viewed by software in the License transactions by software view. More transactions can be entered and details viewed through the License pools view.

License costs
In the License costs view, administrators and operators with license administrator rights can see total license costs per software. In addition, the view shows the measured software usage for each software which has the software usage measuring enabled. With the information, the administrators and the license administrators can identify and release licenses from users or assets which really seem not to need them.
