Main: Software installation approval request

Attribute name	Description
Workflow ID	Automatically generated ID.
Software	The name of the software that was requested.
Status	An asset model item can have following system statuses: New In progress Completed Retired
Requested by	Requester name.
Created	Date and time when workflow was started.
User comment	Comments requester wrote when workflow was started.
Information for users	Information shown to the requester before workflow is started.
Information for approvers	Information shown for approvers while approving.

Main: Progress

Attribute name	Description
Approver	Approver name.
Status	Approval decision or pending.
Date	Date and time when approval decision was made.
Comment	Approver's comments.
Workflow progress tasks:	Resend: With this task, requests can be resent to approvers that haven’t reacted to them. Notice that you can also configure Miradore to automatically re-send the package installation requests. To do this, navigate to: "System settings > Main > Installations management > Approval workflow". Escalate: This task escalates the workflow to another approver. For more information, see How to escalate to another approver.
