Drivers are missing after the installation
-
Open the Windows Device Manager - browse to the unknown device – right click and open properties. Open the details tab and make a note of the Vendor (VEN), Device (DEV) and Subsystem (SUBSYS) –id's. These ID's tell you the information of the device, which can be tracked down from the Internet. Search using the vendor and device id. Download the device drivers from the vendor. Add the new drivers into the Hub installation point to the correct structure. Test the initial installation.
-
In case the correct and tested drivers on the installation point but still not installed, check that the drivers are in the correct path on the installation point. Structure must be correctly set. Test the initial installation.

Patching doesn't start after initial installation.
Miradore has a "cooldown" period of 12 hours after initial installation before Miradore Client accepts new tasks. This means that, for example, patching starts at earliest 12 hours after the operating system's installation date has passed.
