Endpoint backup jobs view

About

This view lists all Endpoint backup jobs that have been made into Miradore. In this view it is possible to create two kinds of Endpoint backup jobs: Device specific jobs and Shared jobs.

A device specific Endpoint backup job defines backup actions for one specific device whereas a shared job defines the backup actions for multiple devices at once. The shared jobs can be used to create company wide backup rules when, on the other hand, the device specific backup jobs can be used to make customized backup rules for backing up personal files for example.

A backup job of any type can be defined as a mandatory job when the end-user of the source device is not able to edit or remove the job. Other than mandatory backup jobs can be edited or removed by the device end-users.

Notice that this view is not shown in the navigation menu if Endpoint backup feature is disabled at the system settings of Miradore.
