Using Exchange ActiveSync connector it is possible to use Miradore to gain visibility and control over the mobile devices that are connected to Microsoft Exchange server. The identified Exchange ActiveSync devices are listed in Exchange ActiveSync devices view in the management console of Miradore.
Exchange ActiveSync devices' access to Exchange server can be managed at "Administration > System settings > Connectors > Exchange ActiveSync access rules" in the management console of Miradore. There it is possible to use the organisation access level setting to determine whether the devices are allowed to access to Exchange server by default. The access rules, on the other hand, can be used to define more accurately whether or not an Exchange ActiveSync device should be allowed to access Exchange server in different scenarios. As an example, it is possible to define different access rules for devices operating on different platforms.

The Exchange ActiveSync access rules will be not applied to such devices which have a device specific access state determined. The device specific access state can be determined using the view tools in Exchange ActiveSync devices view.
