Attribute name

Description

Event ID

The unique event identifier.

Subject

Header of the event item.

Message

Message explains what caused the generation of the event.

Severity level

Severity level of an event describes the importance of an event. Event can have following severity levels:

  • Normal

  • Info

  • Warning

  • Critical

Value

Value of the event. For example, the amount of days to expiration of warranty.

Status

An event can have following statuses:

  • Open

  • Acknowledged

  • Closed

The status of event items can be managed from the Events queue view or Event item form.

Link to the configuration item that is related with this event. In all cases, this field cannot be determined.

Event class

Classifies the event. There are following event classes available:

  • Asset management

  • Software management

  • Quality management

  • External process

  • Miradore system

  • Incident management

  • Contract management

Event name

There can be multiple events inside every event class and the event name is to separate the different kinds of events in same event class from each other.

Status last updated by

Describes by whom the status was last updated by. (User/System)

Created

The date and time when the event was generated.

Updated

The date and time when the event was updated.

Event count

Describes how many times the event has occured.

Source host

The source host of an event.
