Below is an illustration of the asset model item life cycle, the equivalent actions in Miradore and the item statuses in different phases of the process.
About roles and permissions
Only users with the administrator, editor, or operator role can create new asset model items.
Only users with administrator or asset model approver role can activate asset model items.
Only active models can be chosen on the asset configuration item page.
An asset model item can activated on the asset model item page through "Tasks > Change status > Activate". When an asset model is active, it can be used on the asset configuration item pages.
