Miradore MSP console is a service that collects information from Miradore instances and provides an overall view and single point for integrating asset information with other systems. Miradore MSP console is also a separate product than Miradore and that's why it has to be installed separately.
Key Features
Service provider can manage multiple customer environments easily from a single console.
Each customer has its own instance of database, IIS and Client connector on the Miradore Management Suite server. Thus, it is possible to serve multiple customers with the same server hardware.
Administrators can use Miradore from Customers' and service providers' network.
Required connectors and client deployment tool can be installed to the customers' network because they would need more ports to be opened from service provider to customer.
Requirements
HTTP(S) connection between Miradore instances and MSP Console.
Clock time must be synchronized between MSP Console and Miradore server(s).
Installation points should be deployed to the customers' LAN because managed devices should have a good network connection to installation point(s).
