Enter the sub-menu name in the drop down menu for the tool if needed. This field is optional. |
Menu order |
Enter the order of the tool in the drop down menu. This field is optional. |
User must confirm |
Yes/No selection. If 'Yes' is selected confirmation box is shown when custom tool is used. |
Allow helpdesk to use |
Yes/No selection. If 'Yes' is selected custom tool is shown also for users in role 'Helpdesk' |
Target |
Choose the configuration item page where this tool is available. Available items: asset configuration / user. |
Applies to roles |
Choose the device role this tool is available for. This field is only available for device configuration items. This field is optional. |
Applies to OS categories |
Displays the operating systems for which this tool is available. |
Type |
Choose the type of the tool. Available types: command / package. |
Command |
Enter the command/script executed when running this tool. Field is available when type = command. Parameters when target = asset configuration: {0}=Device name, {1}=IP address, {2}=Installation Point, {?:title}=Prompt for a value. Parameters when target = user: {0}=Windows UID, {1}=Email address, {2}=Full name, {3}=First name, {4}=Last name, {5}=Middle initial, {6}=Type (0=Normal, 1=shared, 2=service), {7}=Cost center, {8}=LDAP Path, {9}=Homedir server, {10}=Location shortname, {11}=Organisation shortname, {12}=Windows UID without domain, {13}=User domain, {?:title}=Prompt for a value |
